Submitting a booking request expresses your interest in visiting our boutique. An appointment is only confirmed once Time Freeze has contacted you to verify availability. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion.

We make every effort to keep the collection list accurate and up to date, but availability, specifications, and descriptions may change without notice. A timepiece shown online may already be reserved, sold, or removed from the floor. We encourage confirming availability with us before visiting.
