Time Freeze is an online marketing and sales platform specializing in vintage and pre-owned watches. All purchases made through Time Freeze are legally transacted with BYO Vintage Workshop Limited. Any invoice, receipt, payment record or other official transaction document will be issued by the registered company where applicable. For clarity, references to “Time Freeze”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout this Sales Policy refer to Time Freeze and/or BYO Vintage Workshop Limited, as applicable.

At Time Freeze, we guarantee that all watches sold by us are authentic. Every watch is carefully inspected and authenticated by our team to the best of our professional ability. If a watch is subsequently proven to be counterfeit or inauthentic, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, subject to our inspection and verification process. Any disclosed replacement, aftermarket or non-original component will be clearly stated in the product description where applicable.

All pre-owned and vintage watches sold by Time Freeze come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers defects relating to the watch's movement and normal mechanical operation under normal use. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Bracelet, strap, clasp or links Scratches, dents or other cosmetic damage Crystal / glass Crown and winding components resulting from normal wear or accidental damage Water damage or moisture damage Water resistance, unless specifically guaranteed in writing Damage caused by improper use, accidents, impact, negligence or unauthorized modification Damage caused by servicing or repairs performed by third parties without prior approval from Time Freeze For vintage and pre-owned watches, the warranty does not guarantee the watch will perform to the same standards as a newly manufactured watch. Mechanical timepieces may require periodic servicing due to their age and previous usage. Any warranty claim must be reported to Time Freeze before the watch is sent for inspection or repair.

At our store we accept the following payment methods: Local Transactions Cash Bank transfer Credit card — Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay, subject to a 3% processing surcharge All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer. International Transactions Bank wire transfer The order will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Unless otherwise stated, the listed price excludes shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. International shipments will generally be arranged through a reputable courier service and insured where available. Time Freeze ships internationally, subject to courier availability and destination restrictions. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All watches are sold according to the condition and specifications stated in the individual product description. We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph each watch, including its cosmetic condition, movement, dial, bracelet, accessories and any known replacement or non-original components. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned watches, minor signs of age, wear, patina and previous servicing may be present. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and product information carefully and contact us before purchase if they require any additional information.

All sales are considered final unless the watch is found to be materially different from the description provided by Time Freeze or an authenticity issue is established. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, personal preference or minor differences in appearance that are consistent with the disclosed condition of the watch. If you believe the watch is materially not as described, please contact Time Freeze within 48 hours of receiving or collecting the watch. If a return is approved, the watch must be shipped back to Time Freeze within 2 calendar days after return authorization is provided. The returned watch must be in exactly the same condition as when sold, including the watch, bracelet, box, papers, tags, accessories and original packaging where applicable. Any alteration, damage, polishing, servicing, modification or removal/replacement of components after delivery may void the return. Upon receipt, Time Freeze will conduct a full inspection to verify the condition of the returned watch. If the return is approved, a refund will be arranged within 3 working days after completion of our inspection. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes and applicable transaction fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Vintage and pre-owned watches are previously owned mechanical timepieces. Their age, history, servicing records and components may vary from watch to watch. Unless specifically stated in the product description, Time Freeze does not guarantee the original factory condition of every component or the water resistance of a vintage or pre-owned watch. We recommend that customers have the watch professionally serviced and its water resistance tested before exposure to water, particularly for vintage watches. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the condition and characteristics of a vintage or pre-owned timepiece.

Time Freeze reserves the right to update or amend this Sales Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to a purchase will be the version in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
